Climate: There are two seasons in the Temperate Rain Forest, one long, wet season where the temperatures rarely drop below freezing, and one short, dry season where the temperatures rarely exceed to 27 degrees Celsius. The average temperature in the cooler seasons is above 0 degrees Celsius. In the warmer seasons the average temperature is 20 degrees Celsius.

One main diffrence is that areas surrouned by water such as Japan are all Temperate Rain Forest. But like in Chile the forest dosn't even cover a quarter.

It rains 200 cm in the cooler season. But in the Warm season it rains 350 cm.
